About this project

The Client aimed to bridge medical professionals with patients through a robust marketplace combined with social features. It faced challenges with its previous developer, leading to technological debts and discrepancies in documentation. The Product Owner sought a reliable team to pick up the pieces. That’s where we stepped in.

We undertook the project, bringing it back to an operational state. Our work spanned critical IT infrastructure improvements, chat and video call architecture, UX enhancements, and rewriting the mobile app using Flutter. Our holistic approach also introduced new features like 'Quick Booking' and 'Top Picks' for enhanced user experience.
